Phase II of PutianPinghai Bay Offshore Wind Power Farmis situated in PutianPinghai Bay, Xiuyu District, Putian, Fujian Province. The project neighbors Daitou Peninsula on the west and Nanri Island on the north. It is about 12 km far from Pinghai Town. The total installed capacity of the wind power farm will reach about 250 MW. Not more than 50 sets of offshore wind turbine generator units, with an individual capacity not less than 5.0 MW, are expected to be installed. Up to now, 120 MW offshore wind turbine generator units have been successfully bidden. The total installed capacity of the wind power farm bidden this time will be 130 MW.
